This website (saleslegend.app)

• No tracking: no analytics, no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers on this site.
• Bot protection: the two forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a challenge in your browser and sends Cloudflare a token to verify it. Cloudflare's processing is described in its own privacy policy.
• Server logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses in access logs for security and operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), deleted on a short rotation of [X days].

The download form

When you ask for a download link we store your name, email address, what you said you'd use the app for, your answer to "what are you hoping it fixes", whether you asked to hear about new versions, and a hashed form of your IP address. We use this to send the link, to prevent abuse, and — if you ticked the box — to tell you when a new version ships (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR). Each download of a build is logged against your request, with the platform and the version.

The link we email you is signed and valid for 24 hours. The email is sent through SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) as a processor, with click and open tracking disabled. We keep the record for [retention period]; write to [email protected] to have it deleted earlier.

The corporate quote form

We store your name, work email, company, seat count and note to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), forward it to our own inbox, and send you an acknowledgement.

The app itself

Sales Legend runs on your machine. Your profile, targets, transcripts and recordings stay in your installation; we run no servers for them and collect no telemetry. The only traffic leaving your machine is the model call you configure, through your own EdenAI key, under EdenAI's terms. The app's own Terms of Use & Privacy are shown and accepted on first run; the current text is at /terms.
